Design Brief
Transamerica’s goal is to help people make the connection between wealth and health. My team worked on the Advisor Experience (AX) platform for Advisors and Agents in the field; assisting in the design and information architecture to support the transition of 7 legacy platforms into one digital experience.
One area where we had an unexpected complication is within active policies, known as “Inforce Policies”. Our API was unable to support searches with 20,000+ results, the problem though, was some Agents have thousands, if not hundred of thousands, of policies. Meaning that we had to quickly determine how to support those advisors that would not be able to complete a traditional search.
