As a UX Designer and CPACC, I am passionate about creating inclusive, user-centered experiences through engaging leadership and clear communication. My mission is to foster a collaborative environment where my team is inspired and supported to confidently deliver exceptional work.

My favorite part of UX is collaborating with people who think differently than I do and leveraging my expertise in UX strategies and mentorship to empower designers. I take pride in guiding my team through every stage, from ideation to delivery, fostering growth along the way.

Outside the office, I enjoy CrossFit, hiking, biking and going to zumba classes. I’m also passionate about sustainability and enjoy spreading awareness of ways we can make a positive difference in our world.
