At Sopheon, the goal is to empower organizations to bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution through innovative management solutions that drive smarter, faster, and more informed decision-making across product, business, and operational domains.
As Lead UX Designer, I spearheaded efforts to enhance our flagship product, Accolade, by addressing critical gaps in functionality, particularly in enabling seamless communication and information sharing for non-licensed stakeholders.
By leading cross-functional collaboration, I identified user needs, prioritized actionable solutions, and integrated these enhancements into the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations.
